Amy Winberg received her Bachelor of Arts and graduated on the Deans’ list in 2009 from the University of Nevada, Reno, where she majored in Studio Art and double minored in Philosophy and Italian Language Studies. Creative by nature and eager to share her passion for art with others, Amy spent her free time in Reno volunteering at the Nevada Museum of Art, where she ran the Hands On! Children’s workshop and assisted the marketing director in lead development. During her time at UNR she interned at the university gallery and spent a semester studying abroad in Italy. Her knowledge of art history, Italian and gallery practices landed her first position in management at Galleria KYO in Viterbo, IT. After graduation, she was offered the role of Gallery Manager for Sheppard Fine Arts Gallery, a non-profit gallery located at UNR. Amy could not stay away from Europe however, and embarked upon a 6 month solo backpacking trip in 2011 during which she spent a month teaching English to Spanish professionals in Spain.
After returning stateside, Amy worked as an Assistant General Manager in the food/beverage industry, honing her management and marketing skills. She joined G3SoilWorks in 2014 as a business development specialist and head of customer service, where she has been an integral part of the G3SoilWorks re-branding process. Her extensive management experience, charisma, and artistic outlook give Amy the ability to approach issues with both creativity and know-how, allowing her to see innovative business solutions where other eyes might not.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys exploring Southern California and its multitude of beaches, travel, mixed media painting, and vegan cooking.
