Richard Spindler, P.G., C.E.G., is a Professional Geologist and Certified Engineering Geologist with nearly 40 years of experience in hillside grading and geologic exploration of California. Mr. Spindler received his Bachelor of Arts in Geography from UCLA and his Masters in Geology from California State University, Long Beach. With a background well-founded in a variety of field investigations and in-grading monitoring of residential, commercial, educational and industrial developments, Richard has additional experience in fault investigations, geophysical exploration, slope remediation with rock bolting, storm water basin analysis and mechanics, and slope stabilization below high pressure gas lines and high voltage power towers. He is particularly well-versed in landslide evaluation and assessments and surface mine evaluation and remediation.
In his free time, Richard enjoys rooting for Bruins football, hiking, and “trying to keep up with the wife and daughters”.
